Product Manager · Nairobi, Kenya

Data shows what happened. People explain why. I build with both.

I'm Esther, a product manager with over six years of experience. I've worked on Windows and Microsoft 365 at Microsoft, and across payments, developer platforms and agriculture. I'm data-driven, and I use AI to get from signal to decision faster.

About me

I love data and I love working with AI. What makes either useful is understanding the people behind it.

Numbers and models tell me where to look. Customer feedback, user research and conversations tell me what is really going on. I connect the two so teams build the right thing and can show that it worked. AI helps me do this faster, by reading large amounts of feedback, analysing data and testing ideas early. The judgment and the decisions stay human.

Data-first decisions

Metrics, experiments and analytics decide what gets built, and whether it worked.

Signals to stories

Turning usage data and customer feedback into a clear picture of what users need and why.

AI as a teammate

Using AI to synthesise feedback, analyse data and prototype faster, with people accountable for the call.

Shipping with teams

Working with engineering, leadership and partners to launch. My engineering background keeps conversations practical.

Improving the fundamentals of Windows

I work on the analytics behind Windows quality, using data, machine learning and customer feedback to help teams decide what to fix and build first for performance and reliability.

The details of my work are confidential, so here is Microsoft's public commitment to the same goals.
